Bad Brains Rock For Light
Voto:
great Brianza! and great BAD BRAINS! the beauty is that on the cd it doesn't say "voice" for H.R. like in normal bands but it says "gola" and in this meticulousness lies the essence of their music.

Hey RegularJoan, tell me where I can find the texts or send them to me via email!
Brian Eno Before and After Science
Voto:
fantastic record and quite accessible, I prefer Eno's works with Fripp or the Cluster ("cluster & eno" is really fantastic)
Roni Size & Reprazent New Forms

just below Timeless, which in the genre (for me) is a cornerstone and almost exhausts it...

In my opinion, without Di Leo, they have no reason to exist. And damn it, I didn't even read the whole review. God, I can't make heads or tails of it! You must be doing this on purpose, dear S.C., but damn it, you're not helping at all. This is about criticism, not art...

but who’s more electrophilic than me?! everyone here is de-reviewing only metal. And metal is VULGAR!
Massive Attack Mezzanine

A review like this for a truly massive album? Even though my favorite remains Blue Lines... and not just one of my favorite albums, but one of those for a desert island.
Don Caballero Don Caballero 2

Now Ian Williams has a new group: they're called Battles and they’re terrifying. The first two EPs have just been reissued by Warp: they sound like a mix of the divine Miles (electric period), Cattive and Eno... They really deserve it. By the way, the drummer is the one from Helmet and Tomahawk.
Beautiful review!

Has anyone heard the first and almost unobtainable (released in '95 in just 1000 vinyl copies) Twoism? Fantastic, it even hints at some hip-hop beats, foreshadowing the deconstruction of cLOUDDEAD. Perhaps better than this, as it’s shorter and less exhausting (I have a passion for short records). The comparison with Bunuel's film is apt since both evoke a world that is not the everyday one but one that lies beneath and creates/prevents events: the original and dreamlike world (also psychedelic). And then the review almost appeared to me in a dream while I was listening to the record in a state of half-awake. I hope I’ve explained myself. Anyway, I published this review because I felt it wasn’t fair that there was only a negative opinion of Geogaddi on deBaser.
