But I found it necessary to make a premise because I feared I would be taken for one of those crazies who praise anything related to Radiohead or their members. Then I myself was pleasantly surprised by an album that I had feared would be of an unspeakable boredom and arrogance.

I think the difference between debaser and a common newspaper (one of many, but perhaps one that I enjoy the most) is precisely the multiplicity of points of view. So if you’re annoyed by duplicates, don't read them, but maybe you'll read the first review and end up getting a tremendous screw over..

NEVER HEARD BUT REALLY INTERESTING REPORT? CAN YOU GIVE SOME TIPS ON THESE NEW ZEALAND GROUPS WHOSE EXISTENCE I WAS COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF?

Aside from the documentary you're talking about, which I've never seen and I'm not really interested in (I quite dislike Oasis, but I have the utmost respect for Blur), I must say that the second part of the comment is quite on point. Thanks BeatBoy.

I don't know who you are? Yesterday I happened to be browsing through the reviews on this site and I must say that wherever you intervene, you always make gratifying examples of shit. Anyway, don't worry dear J, soon we pig-faced people will have all the power (Orwell docet) and monkeys like you will soon disappear.

Crazy is a great track and as usual she's blinded by prejudice: just because a song has a nice video on MTV it has to suck? Come on, get real!
Crazy sounds amazing, a perfect crossover between hip-hop and soul with a 4/4 beat that would put the classic house tracks of the past to shame. And let's not even talk about Cee-Lo's performance...

Once again, Doctor J amazes us with his lack of correctness. But have you actually listened to the record, or are you just sticking to your prejudices? Don't even bother to respond; it's a rhetorical question (I doubt you know what that is; after all, we don't explain rhetorical techniques to monkeys)... anyway, the name of the band has nothing to do with the great basketball player you mentioned.

I almost forgot: a truly bad and superficial review. You didn't even read the lyrics that add so much to music that is fantastic on its own. And then you'll write a review with a half-hearted analysis of each song that’s only one line long? Come on, we’re not in kindergarten...

The album is truly impressive: flawlessly produced and sung (there's no surprise given the names involved). The atmosphere is strange, balancing between claustrophobic and relaxed, a sort of disenchantment applied to black music. I would coin the genre art-black, but it's really hard to define. I recommend everyone give it a listen. For me, it's one of the albums of the year and not just that.
