In my opinion, Fu Manchu conclude with this beautiful album, then they were never able to dare and go beyond.
x S.F. - As far as I'm concerned, just one piece of information is enough to understand the vibe of this album: the inspiration that DOES NOT come, as it does for most stoner bands from Black Sabbath, F.M. instead looks towards the very first (and never forgotten) RUSH, naturally with the appropriate technical differences, less extended notes but you can still breathe in the atmosphere of the great 70s gatherings with powerful bass/drums and fast-moving guitars... of course, if they had added a bit of their own, by now we would be talking about a truly great band...
