For me, on the other hand, they are a pleasant discovery. If you consider that the leader is about 20 years old, I’d say they are a nice promise. It’s clear that if we compare them to the MBV, they come out as losers, but this album grows on you with each listen, and I’d say they aren’t bad at all, as far as I’m concerned.

There is no Neurosis album that isn't worth buying; we can make our personal rankings, but that's another story... these days I'm revisiting Jarboe, and I must say I'm having incredible experiences even though there’s hardly any HC there... the impressive thing is the release date of this album, has it really been all those years???

Don't talk nonsense, I'm going there tonight and I'll see them for free. Are you mad, mad at me?

I'm not a fan of the genre, but it seems to me that the music of DT is structurally simpler than that of Opeth, where you can find influences from the '60s and '70s along with a bit of experimentation... I agree that that was their last decent work; after the arrival of the guy from Porcupine, I'd say they have deflated quite a bit even though they gained notoriety... I should mention that I have never listened to Projector by D.T., which is said to be their most experimental album...

I don't know how to classify them, but they are clearly superior to these little groups in every way...

x sfasciac.zz...: I agree with your self-criticism, indeed your intervention seems superficial and taken for granted. I also don't look favorably on the romantic side of these characters, but perhaps for people like Vallanzasca it’s worth looking into, just to understand... to understand how certain people can never live chained within strict social rules (not even while locked up in prison) and especially what happened in the years when the police threw anarchists out of windows, shot during protests, and similar things... that's why I've always loved the songs of GANG, because these characters are not just relegated to what is merely crime news, but their human side emerges as well... despite everything... and in these times, that’s not little.
X Giordy: I’ve never had the chance to listen to them except for their beautiful cover of a Gaber song: musically, who do they resemble? Classic singer-songwriter or do they have more personal sounds?

These aren't squabbles but merely differences of opinion, like those with comrade Togliatti, to paraphrase one of the best groups from our home... Still, I don't understand the reason for the disappointment of some characters in here: if a band doesn't perform well one night, it doesn't mean they're terrible overall; it just means they might have had an off night. Why destroy the myths over one bad concert?

aaah, is it enough for someone to copy a CD and you call them friends??? Now I understand the reason for your frustrations. If it's just for that, they remain acquaintances; friendship is another thing, damn it. Come on, you'll see that as you grow up you'll understand. From what you say, I assume you’re around twenty, so maybe in ten years you'll get there...
