x lady sniff: but where do you see the love for music on this site? here there are a lot of exhibitionists who self-celebrate, frustrated reviewers (heh heh heh), and a bunch of people using the internet to do everything that real life doesn't allow them to... then I feel like I read a bit of snobbery from you too when you make a distinction between a review of the Earth and one of Anastacia, I don't think that, regardless, someone reviewing the Earth is better than a fan of Anastacia, in fact, it's quite a prejudice: music brings emotions; if someone can feel emotions with Baglioni, where's the problem? The rest is just using music to appear...

I already said it in another review of this album, I never would have expected to fall in love with an album like this, truly beautiful and almost two years later I'm still listening to it now. For me, it's the best of their career and one of the most beautiful albums in recent years. The pleasant thing is that the songs that initially seem to be nothing special grow on you until they get under your skin and capture your soul... x Cofferati: EVER SINCE YOU BECAME MAYOR, YOU'RE REALLY PESTERING ME, HUH??? I'm sorry, I love the Smiths (I grew up with them too) and even after all these years I still listen to them, but in my opinion, Morrissey has nothing left to say except for the pop charts and TV hits. Without Marr's guitar, he manages to make some nice little tunes that are pleasant to listen to, but nothing more. Here, the only Smiths-like element is a few melodies; it seems a bit too little to compare it to the great masterpieces of the past that marked an era...
