I'm jumping on the bandwagon with presoblu; I bought this CD (on the very advice of the reviewer!) because I've always hated ska, and when he told me that the album was really dark (for a band like Meganoidi, I mean, although it's still not a joke in general), I listened to some tracks and decided to buy it. Now, it's been a while since I've listened to it, but I clearly remember "The Millstone," "Dai Pozzi," and "Un Approdo," which struck me a lot. It’s still not my genre so it would be a 3.5, but I'm giving it a 4, and the extra half point is for the reviewer! Best regards.

I don't mind it, it’s enjoyable to listen to, except for a few songs... Ps is it just me or are the first 1.5 minutes of the first track unlistenable? I can’t take it, I have to skip, it’s so boring!

Hi! Nice review, in some parts very heartfelt and really well done from a technical-descriptive standpoint! One day when we go to see a concert together, we’ll publish a review with 4 hands, go!

My point isn't about wealth or lack thereof (don't think I'm doing that well), it's almost an "ethical" discourse, in the sense that I love having original CDs because I adore every single part of them, from the cover to the booklet to the CD itself, that's all. Call me nostalgic for vinyl and its cover if you want, but for me, a CD makes much more sense when I listen to it with its case and booklet in hand, that's all. Moreover, it doesn't matter; I spend a ton of money every month, but it's the only vice I have and, fortunately, I have great sources that provide me CDs at a slightly lower price than that robbery which is the local €20.90. For more information, read my thesis! :-))

@ lovelorn: I'm crazy, but I BUY CDs, I don't download them! Unfortunately (for me, luckily for record labels) I like the original CD... life choices!

@ lovelorn: you know, I wanted to try reviewing something different from what I usually listen to (also because you, Fidia, and Norvheim have reviewed everything else, I have nothing left!! :-) Anyway, thanks for the comment! Ps I am ghost are on my shopping list thanks to your review!

Unfortunately, to be original while playing this genre, you really have to be talented; nonetheless, I believe they have that extra something that allows them to stand out from the crowd... Of course, some slips in style can happen, but no, I wouldn't define them as non-original at all! The latest album is very nice; if I can (and if no one snatches it from me), I might just write the review!

Hi! First of all, welcome (finally!)! The review flows really well; I find it very communicative, sincere, and effective! I don’t rate the album because I don’t know them (and because I’m aware of your genres, which aren’t perfectly compatible with mine), but I rate the review! Oh, I’m looking forward to more!
