Cptgaio, I know that the director is not Burton ("Undoubtedly attributed to Burton (who took care of the story and script), but also to the director who was able to bring his visions to life, Henry Selick.") I put it under Burton's name because, for anyone searching the database for the film, if they look for the name of the director, it's easier to wrongly associate it (as you mentioned) with Burton, that's all!
