I know Fugazi (I like them quite a bit) and the other Embrace... ;) in fact, I thought it was a review of theirs... then I found out they have nothing to do with it! :) I don't think I will like these.

it's a shame about the kids. a friend of mine who went to rome told me that all the front rows were filled with kids. in florence, on the other hand, the people under 25 made up maybe 10% of the entire audience. I'm speaking for where I've been, of course. the response was excellent, and there were even some adults. unfortunately, their downfall lies in composing catchy songs from the very first listen, with a chorus that immediately gets stuck in your head (see lyla). cooler songs like bring it on down, mucky fingers, or rock'n'roll star, no one cares about them nowadays. I still like them though, no matter what you all say… :P

Value, in my opinion, can be judged more by the live strength they manage to express than by making a great record. I've never seen the Arctic live, but I've read that they built their success like that, even before releasing the album. That the British press always exaggerates is evident to everyone. The fact remains that, in my opinion, they won't last anyway. We'll see... :)

Do you know them? ;) I assure you that I’m not a failure for the site... maybe the failure could be you if you keep insulting like that. I like discovering new things, maybe even of quality, but then don’t attack those who listen to bands that only play 4 chords.

And I never said that the Arctic are original??? In fact... all 14 tracks on the album are silly little tunes and riffs that anyone could come up with. And by "they know how to play," I mean that so far they've built their success live, which shows they have an excellent impact on the audience. Then I also said that in my opinion they won't even make a second album and that they won't last. Did I happen to mention originality? :D
