How can you compare Adam Jones and Petrucci? They sound completely different... you couldn't find a more out-of-place example! I (who greatly prefer Adam) think that technically they are light years apart. I vote for Adam for the taste, but Petrucci for the technique. Then I'm talking about these two... don't bring up Malmsteen and that kind of nonsense...
