Ah, why did he make two???? I don’t know, but since I didn’t know he had also signed the film’s soundtrack, I think When...

Ok Kosmo.
I’m eagerly waiting...
I adore Gallo for certain aspects (Arizona Dream, Buffalo 66, and the fact that he is a versatile artist: he paints, directs films, acts, writes, plays music...) and I loathe him for others (he thinks too much of himself as the messiah of the new millennium when there are many other artists who might be less "malleable" in their fields but more gifted in the few things they do).
Anyway, I’ll get the album on Monday.
After listening to it, I’ll decide whether to destroy or praise your review (but I have no doubts about how it will turn out...) bye.

Well guys, what can I say??
It means I've definitely missed Frusciante's milestones, since according to most of you, compared to his earlier works, this one sucks. I'll try to catch up on the old stuff.
Anyway, the RHCP are on the decline, but it's certainly not his fault.
They're on the decline just because (they've had their time, see Oasis, The Cure, Depeche Mode, U2) or not??
P.S.
3poundsof is the first 1 I’ve gotten from you. I'm happy, you know???? I swear! (actually I'm happier that you gave me a 1 than a 5... in fact, I'll give myself one too)

Look, Josi, if these are the premises, just let it go...
Let me explain.
This work has a nice Warner Bros label on the side (for some, that might already be a valid reason to discard it), but in my opinion (as I’ve already said), it’s still a good piece of alternative rock, well-structured and not trivial.
If you were disappointed by Record Only Water, I believe you shouldn't delve deeper into the matter.
But I emphasize I BELIEVE because I haven't even remotely listened to that album or the previous ones from '95 and '97 that you mentioned.
So I can’t make any comparisons.
On this, there are no extreme tracks (unlistenable screams, strange monologues, incomprehensible sounds), but for sure it’s currently the album, along with the one by The Veils and The Von Bondies, that spins the most in my stereo.
Cheers :)

Great review, you’re improving a lot, I like how you write. Well done.
However, the album really sucks. (if you rated this 4/5, you’ll definitely enjoy even more the stuff Coxon has done solo...)

I really don't know why "To record.." I've never listened to it, but this seems truly beautiful to me and with various different approaches to rock.

Great job in praising the superiority over Pavement: I agree.
Sometimes the album is too pop and syrupy, but ultimately it's beautiful and flows well.
The review is nice and spot-on in every word (except when you say that U.T.W.F. is their first album, which it isn't...)

Nice but inferior and too pop compared to Sophtware.
Still my favorite group though.
