The warlocks are amazing, just look at the groups they mention in their acknowledgments: The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Sonic Boom, and Beachwood Sparks. They will soon be back with a new studio work, I believe.

I don't understand you, but I accept you! I think you're half a little genius (the other half is obviously rotten)
;-))

always with my ears tuned to non-trivial stuff. I shouldn’t like the genre, but the review is excellent (like hell you read the private messages, huh?!?) ;-)

Thank you, Kosmo. For the sound of the Dukes, imagine an entire E.P. roughly all focused on the atmospheres of "Getting Bright Night" and "Big Sleep" by Icarus Line, and you’re all set.

one of the most cliché and slick albums of the year. A terrible reinterpretation of the artists you mentioned at the beginning: disco valium

I bought-listened to this and "oh me Oh my the way the day goes by..." (I don’t write it all down otherwise it’ll be night) and I must say it’s not worth spending money on these two CDs (the second one is the continuation of the first EP) but it's better to redirect them towards Nino Rojo and Rejoicing which, although lo-fi, are enjoyable and don’t tire you out. In the first two, however, the voice is very annoying, the sound quality really aberrant (I get the lo-fi but taking songs from answering machines and putting them on a record, damn...) and there’s no precise structure to the compositions. Anyway, I really like the artist a lot as I’ve written elsewhere. And you, of course!

Crispian Mills' voice in Narayan is, in my opinion, the most beautiful thing!
