Good Charlotte The Chronicles Of Life And Death

I take the liberty to quote:
"What do I have to read?? A shitty review???! Okay, I know everyone is free to express their opinion... but there are ways and ways to express it, aren’t there??? I would say to show greater respect towards those who have worked hard to write a review like this or am I wrong?? No, I’m not wrong... and I say this without letting you who commented respond! After all… everyone has their own tastes, right???? So why say things like 'shitty group...'??? What’s unimportant for you could be life for others! Ah... but in the end, I’m talking to... different people, right?? What do you care about the work that goes into a review??! Next time, I'll say 'shitty review' about yours... if you ever write one... it all comes back around, people!!! Anyway... great review... big congratulations viviximiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!"
...that’s called an SMS!
This pertains to a discussion site about music in Italian.

Yes, I also think it’s something like that, I considered the fact that it could be a half-joke…
Anyway... great comeback, even if "Sophtware" can't be beaten (especially Jed's Other Poem!!)!
Here on Debaser, it doesn't seem like they are very appreciated, even in the other existing reviews, the comments are certainly not in the millions...
Anyway... take care and... find that girl!!! ;P

So... I said new order because it's the first impression that came to mind, and generally, the first impression I get on first listen tends to be quite accurate (I mean, if I start overthinking who they resemble at a certain point, I’ll never finish). But actually, thinking about it now, I would put more of a Flaming Lips vibe (the ones from "Yoshimi Battles"). I found a lot of "Sophtware Slump" in "At My Post" (both in the melodies, the use of distortion, the keyboards, the electronics, but especially in the "Ahhhh aaahhhhhh" of the choruses;D). Florida is truly the highlight of the album, especially for the lyrics (legendary when he screams "My ex girlfriend's a model in Floridaaaa": totally crazy). What do you think about the notes in the form of a letter behind the booklet? Did you understand anything from them, but above all... do you think Todd really exists?
Best regards.

I would like to extend a special thanks to Cosmo, without whom I would never have had this opportunity to listen to this album on stereo.

So... aside from the fact that it's Sunday morning and I woke up way too early for some fucking reason, there's a fog outside that makes it feel like I'm living in the Pianura Padana... and I'm facing my cousin's goddamn wedding that's expected to last until tomorrow morning... whatever... but ending the weekend waking up to a 5-minute bullshit is just too much!!!

if you liked this you'll be ecstatic for nino rojo and rejoicing (if you're up for it, also take "Oh Me Oh my..." which is his true debut but it's much less accessible)
David Bowie Lodger

The review is written with heart and brain (and with hands, otherwise how would it have been done?!?) but the summary is perhaps the most important part of a text and it must be there even when talking about the hero of one’s childhood: being able to express in 10 lines what you would like to say in 20 is the key to everything. That said... I hate David Bowie!!!! I haaaaaaaaaate him.
p.s.
For those of you who know him well, is it true that from All The Young Dudes Noel Gallagher drew inspiration (not to say plagiarism) for at least 10 songs on Morning Glory, or is it just a lie someone told me?
amen.
Richard Ashcroft Human Conditions
Voto:
Well, hobbit, look... in my opinion, Richard Ashcroft is one of the best musical characters of the 90s. What he had in his brain between the beginning and mid-nineties, no one else had. Then, after the fight with McCabe (whom I consider the best guitarist of the nineties alongside J. Greenwood), his music shifted dangerously towards pop. It’s just that while Alone with Everybody retained the sometimes mysterious and dark tones typical of The Verve, this album sounds plastic even in the music. Kids' songs that want to approach well-made pop. The single released (Check Them.) wasn't bad. The rest is trash.
p.s. Are you going to comment on all my reviews lately? ;D))
