I rate odradek half a point higher. :-) My favorites are "Passion," the one with Michael Franti, and "The Way You Dream" with Michael Stipe and Asha Bhosle.

Wow! I hadn't noticed the title; ... it must have been (Kosmo)Gabri. :-))

Thanks to the editors for their intervention and for their usual promptness.

One of the proofs of the existence of evil spirits is the typo. A heartfelt appeal to the editors so they may placate them. The first mistake is in the initial quote where it says "scacciavano," it should be "scacciavamo"; then at the end, there’s a repetition: if the adjective "primario" next to "strumento" could be eliminated, that would be ideal.
A final intervention would be appreciated on the de-gender that I believe I have forgotten. I would have chosen "world," also because Toure considered the blues a derivative of his type of music and not the genre it belongs to: a healthy African pride. Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far.

I also have the vinyl that goes with "Remain In Light". The only flaw, shall we say, of this album is that the ideas overflow; there is too much phosphorus, and it couldn't be otherwise given the caliber of the two musician-intellectuals.

"Teetotaler," of course. I'm drunk before I drink.

I'm not a teetotaler, but half a bottle of ramandolo would knock me out. I hope someone else wants to join. ;-) I'm glad you like it.

Antonio, if you read your post carefully, you'll find that you actually contradict what you want to assert. Your way of expressing yourself doesn’t seem to me to relate to spontaneity and naturalness—thankfully, I might add. In fact, your understanding of communication, as legitimate as it may be, would bring us back to the Pleistocene. According to you, non-musicians should be allowed, at most, to bob their heads to the beat. Paraphrasing a famous phrase, I hope I'm allowed some irony, musical criticism is too serious a matter to be left to just Sunday musicians. ;-)

Alright. I'll look for it.

I believe it's right up my alley: the topics and the connections in both reviews persuade me.
