As president of the latoMancino fan club, I read with great pleasure the summary of "De Bello gallico-ispanico." I also agree with the positive judgment on the album.

Thank you all. The live in N.Y.C. is also a must-have, featuring a different selection of songs with only some from the album being reprised. P.S. Mauri, if you had said (almost) perfect, it might have been more accurate and understandable. ;-)

Strange how a record can go from the category of "bargain," "discount," which it seemed to belong to about fifteen years ago, to that of "rare." As they say, the inscrutable dynamics of the market...;-) I agree: an album to listen to in perfect solitude, perhaps naked, now that the weather allows. :-)

Mr. Green, perhaps irony is not your strong suit, but I don't understand what the unfortunate remark could have suggested. I hope you are not among those who, having had the fortune of stumbling upon some Zappa album, consider themselves "arbiters," art critics. A bit of "umiltè," as a great Romagnolo thinker would say, wouldn't hurt. Perhaps you need to prove something, given your iconoclastic fury; I certainly do not. I'll gladly leave the "mazza" for you to understand.
