Give a jackhammer to Blixa and company, and you'll see what they build (or what they deconstruct and annihilate) just like that, as if it were nothing.. ;-)

Splendid review, congratulations!
I particularly enjoyed the interplay between the mundane, expressed through everyday life in the town square, and the lofty, the work of Shakespeare. When beauty enters life, it elevates it above the miserable events in which we are silent actors (or stand-ins?), and it’s possible to close cycles and circles, giving meaning to what on the surface seems meaningless. Bravo, it’s not easy to review works of this magnitude without falling into the banal.

Thank you, aunt! I hope you like the album as well, which you can of course listen to at your convenience ;-)

Your mother has excellent taste, let it be known! I also really love The Clash. But no, it has nothing to do with them: the Tommy in question is Tommy Kasabian, who may indeed be a bit of a joker, in the Milanese sense, but he's just so caaaariiiinooooo!!!! and they are among the few recent listens that put me in a good mood. Even that saint of a guy I occasionally see for about seven years now has finally started to indulge me in this unhealthy adolescent regression of mine, he who at best listens to Pink Floyd up to "The Dark Side of the Moon," and not much else. And he doesn't care for my music, except for Nick Cave (I think in this case also out of sheer exhaustion) and of course the Kasabians. When I tell him about Tom's epic feats, or I subject him once again to the video of the full concert at Roskilde in 2014, or Glastonbury 2009, my favorite, he just limits himself to smiling and nodding, even saying that yes, he’s a good-looking guy and sings well! On July 17, they’re performing at Ferrara Sotto le Stelle. I had included them in my wishlist for this year's edition in an email to the organizers, sent to the usual generic email address infopuntoqualcosa, to which they invited people to send suggestions and requests. After all, who reads those emails that come in, and in any case, who cares who I want to see at the festival? Instead, a few days ago, a certain Elisa even replied to me, complete with a smiling face, to tell me that they were happy to accommodate me! :-) what a laugh, I felt euphoric, as if they’d given me a backstage pass... this morning I bought two tickets, but I'm going with my little sister: I’ll spare the guy, and I don’t think his wife would allow him to come to the concert with me! :-D :-D This time, however, I'm bringing home Mr. Meighan as a souvenir, to even the score!

From the review (great job, little brother!) I feel inspired. I might be a bit silly, but my searches for the album turned out to be a failure, both on YouTube and Spotify... I found a band called "The drink," but if I input the eight asterisks, it drives the system crazy...

...random listening, not causal....

And here we are! Beautiful these sisters, I like them! As soon as I read about the collaboration with Bon Iver, I actually knew I would like them even before listening to them, but the actual listening (I'm on the track "Make it holy," random play on that annoying platform that decides what you should listen to if you don't pay...) confirmed the impression given by the review. For which I congratulate you. Well done!

And then today I’m too... too yeah!!!! I’m swimming in the air because this morning I received an email confirming that on July 17 I have an appointment scheduled with Tommy! It was about time, after a whole year of waiting... yes!!!! At the Estense Castle, no less... let’s go!!!

Dear beloved friends, it's been about two days since, in addition to struggling to sync my circadian cycles with those of ordinary mortals, I've been dealing with a f###ing shaky connection; who knows what issues it has this time. I thank everyone for the compliments, which truly made me happy! To those who don't find the work interesting, well, it doesn't matter. I mean, tastes can’t be discussed; music is something so subjective and ethereal, even if strong and present, that it doesn’t evoke the same feelings in everyone. So there’s no need to apologize: if you (or I) don’t like it, you (or I) don’t like it. Period. @[luludia], I had paid tribute in the end, but well done for finding the reference to His Immensity Rimbaud, whom I simply ADORE along with Baudelaire since I discovered them in high school! As soon as I'm reconnected (but will I ever be??), I plan to respond to you better: my dears, just a few days and we’re already apart! Including those who lecture me about my quirky habits… 😎 see you!!!
