I don’t vote for the work because I don’t know it, even though Reverend O'Rourke is mentioned between the lines. However, the review is, as always, well-written, smooth, and very enjoyable. Additionally, little brother Soto always gives me plenty of listening suggestions for recent works by groups I’m unfamiliar with, since I've been a bit out of touch for several years. So 8+, well done!

Hilarious review! As a teenager, I found myself in the same situation as you, torn between metal and dark/wave, which I eventually gravitated towards. I also adopted the whole grim aesthetic when it came to my look, but in both scenes, it was appreciated. Given that there were very few girls into metal, at least around my area, it definitely wasn't the clothing that made the difference! It was, yes, a kind of uniform, and I realized that as I grew up... but my aim was to scare people away and it worked great! 😂 I don't rate the work because Exodus, unlike Metallica, Megadeth, Testament, and the like, didn’t really grab me, so I didn’t listen to them. However, you made me laugh so much and transported me back in time.

Great sparkling review! I love Huxley's amusement park ride and the final gunshots. Que viva la revolución! I'm not sure if I could listen to the band, it doesn't seem like my genre... but who knows, maybe I'll give it a try. :-)

I like this guy! I thought that by just listening to the song, without reading the review, he was the father of Nicolas et/ou Jean-Benoît Air!

Free to hurt yourself however you like! :-D I'm waiting for you at my very first review of a group that starts with "K," then we'll talk again... you'll end up hating me, I know! :-)

Thank you for the always kind words you address to me, it pleases me that someone appreciates all the nonsense I write, even if I cannot reason it out... in the end, I do it only because I like it, because it allows me to release some of the thoughts that get tangled up in my head!

I continue to recommend watching live, which is the best way to understand them and grasp their scope. It’s not just music; in my opinion, it’s a complex philosophical and existential vision, steeped in Central European culture. That was what I wanted to convey with my review, but I’m not skilled enough to do so succinctly without writing a tome... as for the rest, I’m too biased! :-) Then, as usual, some people like it and some don’t, just like with contemporary visual art, which doesn’t describe Beauty but Essence (if and when it succeeds; for the most part, it’s just trash). Now I’ll stop, otherwise I’ll come off as a snobby radical-chic! :-D
