You are so overrated.

Beautiful film, of course. Slightly inferior to The Bicycle Thief and Umberto D.

But how I enjoyed it when that little bastard kicked the bucket, hooooooow much

Nothing, today I watched 'Rocco and His Brothers' (a masterpiece, no doubt), but Bellissima remains my favorite still, it must be the theme of criticism, it must be the extraordinary Magnani...

Nice nice, great entertainment for me, the story flows easily, the kids' murders are splattery just enough, the ending is super tense (with a trite twist like a bit of the script but oh well). Nice film.

Deliciously exquisite, always inspired and full of taste, the short duration of the instrumentals allows for a constant turnover of music and tones, making the album shine with all its variety and averting the boredom effect.

One of Hosoda's films that I always find too confined to the adolescent target, so it doesn't really blow me away (except for the beautiful 'Wolf Children'). The flashy and cool packaging remains (you can see all his past as a Ghibli animator here), and not much else. Even the ending, too excessive, well, didn’t say anything to me.

Beautiful, endless class (the candlelit scenes gave me Barry Lyndon vibes, really cool) I was maybe expecting a bit more shock from the screenplay in terms of psychological or thriller elements, but it's perfectly fine as it is. It's needless to say that it's of an entirely different level compared to its Oscar rivals.

I don't know, for me it's the tacky version of that gem 'I'm Dancing Alone'.

So far, the Talking Heads album that has struck me the most is remarkable.
