Except for the period of "Freedom"-"Sleeps with Angels" (89-94), I pretty much snubbed Young after "Hawks & Doves" (1980). Too disconnected from his usual style, I just couldn't fully digest it. As a result, I stopped following him in the 2000s. Definitely something to revisit.

The classic 5 on trust, a product of the historical and cultural significance that Louis represents. A man of exceptional spirit and undoubtedly a fundamental musician, but it's clear that defining him as the best of the 20th century sounds quite difficult overall, albeit respectable as it is your very personal view. Those foundations are made up of many pillars that TOGETHER support the "jazz" system throughout the 1900s. Machelodicoaffà. Anyway, good job.
