Incredible, but I don't understand the necessity of dismembering an album, removing tracks, adding others. Wouldn't it have been more logical to release an EP instead of distorting the debut album from '77?

Good product. 3.5. From here, it will definitely be one of the most unique tours of the 4, in acoustic version.

Third blunder. You really reviewed the three worst albums. "Un posto felice," "Ascolta," and "100 di queste vite."

The second big blunder in the discography of the Poohffi. Not as bad as "Un posto infelice," but definitely something to avoid.

Huge for the offerings of those years, even though I prefer the more elaborate period 1969-73 "Tommy" "Who's Next", "Quadrophenia".

In my opinion, you did an excellent historical description, but at times you fell into a somewhat monotonous "track by track" format. As for the JA, they remain seminal for the British psychedelic invasion, even though they wear their nearly 48 years quite visibly. The album has aged poorly. I must also honestly add that some of Slick's vocalizations have always struck me as somewhat frustrating. It takes nothing away from her talent, but there's something instinctively (or better said, aurally) in certain pieces and episodes that has always made it hard for me to endure.

I only listened to Rocchi until 1980, the year of the release of the controversial and unexciting "Un gusto superiore" featuring Gianpaolo Tofani from AREA. It's a record of some substance, although slightly inferior to the subsequent "Volo Magico n.1", the highlight of his 1970s production. Well done, excellent offering.

Mad, thank you for mentioning me. As you know, I also have a fondness for Paoli and I can only agree with you on everything after reading your review. An extremely important album for him and for the old guard of singer-songwriters. 4.5
