Here’s that "certain type" of DeBaseriano at the Opera Theater: The Squallor know it too.

Giant strides compared to the previous "I am an autarchist." Here, there is awareness of mass boredom and the weakening of ideals, and the plot is certainly more convincing. Excellent review.

You have got to be kidding me! I would say... Yes, the 5th is doable.

Excellent opener of the "Regina". Beautiful hard rock with slight melodic elements in some parts. The 5 will come later.

However, let’s not confuse the bland songs (Peppino Di Capri, Rita Pavone, or more recently Pausini or Ramazzotti) with the singer-songwriter tradition, mind you. These are artists who sold records; the singer-songwriter movement created a true cultural era, it was by no means a mass phenomenon.

Yes, this time I want to be the first: I agree on everything, especially on the 45 RPM records, but it's unfair to blame the historic Italian singer-songwriters for slowing down the explosion of our progressive music abroad. What guilt do they bear? For not singing in English? Were De Gregori, Guccini, and De André any less than Dylan? They remain great as does the Italian progressive of the '70s.

By the way, Landau won the Oscar for this extraordinary performance of Lugosi. Excellent character Ed Wood on the human side, even though he remains one of the worst directors. It's not a wide 5, but this time I'll let it slide.
