Spaghetti alla carbonara are perhaps one of the most famous dishes in Italy and abroad. The true spaghetti alla carbonara must be prepared strictly with pork guanciale, but some prefer the leaner pancetta.

If possible, 2 is even more beautiful, but much more difficult! I've never loved 'Super Mario Sunshine' too much, while the mega-masterpiece remains that beast of a game that is 'Super Mario 64,' a game I have NEVER finished at 100%! Argh!
