"Lemmings (in Italian lemmi, singular lemmo) are small Arctic rodents, whose habitat is typically the tundra biome. Along with voles, which are very similar to them, and muskrats, they make up the subfamily Arvicolinae (or Microtinae), which is part of the broadest branch of mammals, the superfamily Muroidea, which also includes rats, mice, hamsters, and gerbils. Most species belong to the tribe Lemmini, one of three (along with voles and muskrats) that make up the subfamily Arvicoline. [...] It has been a common belief that lemmings commit mass suicide during migrations, but this popular opinion has no scientific basis. Lemmings often migrate in large groups, and as a result, many of them perish due to accidental causes or the pressure from other individuals, which can lead to them falling into watercourses, cliffs, etc."

What to say, you have opened up a world to me.

Patton is an absolute Midas of metal and beyond. He can sing anything, go brutal, punk, or simply be the schizophrenic, eating pasta on the heads of dozens and dozens of so-called "alternative" vocalists. I really enjoyed the album! Definitely one of the highlights of 2017...

Beautiful.
After historic albums like 'Calculating Infinity', 'Miss Machine', and especially 'Ire Works' (my favorite), they could not have ended their career in a better way. Being able to see them live during their final tour was an incredible emotion.
Review okay!

In my opinion, 'By The Throat' (another monumental album that gives me terrible anxiety) is superior to it. Still a beautiful album, with an incredible sound quality in headphones! In a hypothetical list of electronic albums that must be listened to at midnight, both would stand out spectacularly.

I like every single song he does with SBTRKT, really all of them!
I'm curious.

What craziness! In my little town, back when there was no ADSL line, the first person who told me about Brujeria described them as "toxic satanists" (hahaha), and as an almost "forbidden" group because they were too extreme. A few years later, we found out they were nothing more than a super band, with a lot of irony... featuring members from Carcass, Napalm Death, Fear Factory, etc. I remember really enjoying "Raza Odiada" (maybe also because of the effect of my friend's rumors), even more than the more acclaimed "Matando Gueros." I listened to this, almost taking it as a parody album, and it entertained me, but I don't find myself too inclined to listen to it again... still happy they're back, though!

First listen: yawn
Second listen: ...what the fuck
From the third listen on: What’s the nearest SERT?

Seriously, amazing album. I'm crying at how beautiful Reverie is... Especially the ending. And Urchin? And Desafío?

What I appreciate the most is that, amidst the alienation and unease, beyond the strangeness and experimentation, this crazy guy has still managed to give everything a nice touch of cheesy pop (which we already caught a glimpse of in Entrañas), without compromising its integrity and without making it too soft. A raw album, but sophisticated at the same time. Good job, buddy, I respect you!
