I liked the review. I'm not sure about the proposal. I'm not discouraged by her young age (Lydia Lunch was already doing her thing with Nick Cave at that age), but the fear of being duped is lurking around the corner because times have changed. Just think of the hyped Polly Scattergood or the Tiny Masters of Today. Too much business, too much cynicism, too much of everything. Maybe I'll try to listen to something, and if I like it, I'll definitely buy it.

So: one good piece of news and one bad piece. The good news is that the record just arrived an hour ago and I'm enjoying it (feel free to guess your coordinates: more piggèi and zola jesus than jarboe, thankfully. Even though I reviewed it, I don't love it much). The bad news is that I have a damn shitty stereo system with an even shittier turntable... :) Anyway, thanks for the tip. It was a nice catch.
