I would say that at this point you only need "Draft 7.30" and the second volume of the Peel Sessions!

Yes, I know "8000 B.C", but as of now, my favorite is "Global Speaker Fisting", totally badass. There's just one thing I don't agree with: the technical comparison to Devine. For me, the latter has reached the highest levels of technical approach in Electronic composition, particularly in terms of rhythms and modular work.

Recently seen live, they are in great shape and among the best Italian realities "in the process of consolidation." Of course, not at the levels of the first two, my fear is that the formula might pay off a bit in the long run; I’ve listened to the same "Tarlo Terzo" very little.

It didn't convince me much, I prefer stuff that's a bit more canonical in the Breakcore scene, a genre that is already a sort of crossover between various electronic currents. I'm thinking of Somatic Responses, Enduser, or Drumcorps (among the first to focus on the use of Metal samples in this field). A shoutout, however, to Otto Von Schirach, mentioned in the first lines; maybe review something of his!

Not bad the tracks on YouTube, to be evaluated in the long run. In the meantime, I’ll download.

You see, the point is that if we split the nineties in two, we find two different Autechre, almost at opposite ends. If I divide the next five years in two, I can see nothing but variations on a theme. In this case, we're talking about masters, so sometimes ("Draft 7.30") the result is equally high.

First of all, congratulations on your passion for the duo; you can see that you really feel them and have internalized their work. As soon as I have a bit more time, I’ll review it, also because I’m curious to know if you produce with any software and/or equipment.

The problem with Autechre is that after "Confield" they haven't substantially updated their sound anymore (someone might say: "what more can you invent?"), recycling a bit this cliché of rhythmic deconstruction, abstract drums, and granular breakdown of sounds. I also like "Draft 7.30," you know, but after that, I definitely stop tearing my hair out.
