Various Artists Do The Pop: Australian Garage-Rock Sound 1976-87

Cult compilation (which could only take its name from one of the wildest and most anthemic tracks by the leaders Radio Birdman) and a series of bands worth framing. The Stems, Younger’s New Christs, the Exploding White Mice, the mid-Eighties Lime Spiders, the underrated Hard Ons. What beautiful pages, lately!

Exploding White Mice is also scheduled around here ("A Nest Of Vipers"). Something is moving!

I also have a couple of Garage gems (one from the Eighties and one from the Nineties) in the works for a while, if that would please you!
