Their best.

However, by saying this you also exclude Cabaret Voltaire, This Heat, and similar acts, not to mention those who, historically speaking, worked exclusively (or almost) with tape manipulation, right?

And so they arrived here too, these guys have really made a splash.

I have to give him a listen; he convinced me a lot with "The Bells" (I think I got to know him right here).

Of Punk understood in a strictly musical sense, the Californian season (pre, during, and shortly post) is the one that excites me the most. Recently, a great mixtape by Jon Savage (not just some jerk) appeared on Vice:

Ah, I don’t know them, my bad.

Tad Leo, if I'm not mistaken, also plays guitar in "His Saxophone Is My Guitar," and yes, the Pharmacist isn’t bad at all (there's a great concert of theirs on Wolfgang's Vault). A separate discussion for Native Nod, "Today Puberty, Tomorrow The World" is one of the greatest titles I've ever heard. As for length, yes, Van Pelt definitely deserves a much broader treatise, but that’s not really my style, pardon.
Cro-Mags Age of Quarrel

For me, they are the emblem (one of the emblems, I guess) of the testosterone that killed Hardcore. What was truly 'core in those years (1985 - 1986) mostly came from the capital; ask Guy Picciotto for details.
Zodiac Killers The Most Thrilling Experience

For the Rip Off it really is worth the "take everything and bring it home."
Bill Callahan Apocalypse

Great album, when they say class is not water.
