Political speeches have been a pain in the ass for me, but I recognize that you know how to write and I respect your ideas, so I believe it’s fair to vote on the writing and not the ideas. When it comes to the problem of cultural hegemony, honestly I have to tell the truth: I really don’t care at all. I listen to whatever I like and I couldn’t give a damn whether culture should be in the hands of the right or the left; I try to hear both sides and then form my own personal opinion on what I’ve read or listened to, that’s all. Hi everyone and have a good evening.

Oh my God, even Rock TV with the "commercial" (never has an adjective been so detrimental in our country) is no joke, I remember that "Monsoon" by Tokio Hotel was in constant rotation! In the end, everyone's goal is to make money, in fact if I want to watch, I don't know, Candlemass, there's YouTube and that's it. Hello everyone and have a great day.

Well, in the end, this whole Mtv story is a bit of a pain in the ass, in fact there are two extremes: 1) everything that Mtv plays is a hit and must be listened to beforehand; 2) everything that Mtv plays is crap and shouldn’t be taken into account. For me, the truth is always in the middle; TV networks were born to sell, and it's normal that in the end they offer what most aligns with the current trends. However, I've also happened to see some videos I like on Mtv, for example something by Pantera, some old Metallica, and once I think I saw something by the 'Crue, but I might be mistaken. What I'm saying is that in the end, there's only one way to judge a product, and that’s to listen to it yourself, especially without worrying too much about which network airs it or which radio plays it. It seems to me that My Chemical Romance was also played constantly on Rock TV, yet a couple of times on that network, I was able to catch "God Of Emptiness" by my beloved Morbid Angel. Hi everyone and have a good day.

The review is not bad at all; I've already expressed my thoughts on M.J. many times. Hello and have a good day.

Well-made review (be careful with the names you associate or you'll get lynched here, but I understand what you meant, at least I hope so otherwise I'll have to reconsider the rating :-D). I won't comment on the album because I'm not really a fan of theirs, it's not my genre; you know I'm currently listening to Jazz and Doom, so... Hello everyone and have a good evening.

I like the review; it's objective and calm in tone. As for the album, I haven't listened to it yet, but I must admit that Rhapsody (or Rhapsody Of Fire, as you prefer) are, for better or worse, the emblem of a certain way of understanding Power Metal, distant from more canonical groups (like Helloween and Gamma Ray) and close to a medieval fantasy mood that often brings more crosses than delights. A band heavily criticized for their themes (though discussing satanic figures, little demons, and various black masses isn't exactly profound or culturally sophisticated) and stylistic repetitiveness, but in the end, they remain loyal to their fans, delivering the product they desire most. Is this a virtue or a flaw? Who knows, perhaps the truth lies in between. The fact is that those who love them will continue to do so, while those who detest them will sometimes offer truly hilarious (in a good way!) critiques. Hello everyone, and good afternoon.

I liked the review, but I just don't like Vasco at all. There's nothing to be done; I’ve tried to listen to him, but no luck. For me, it’s not rock, and I'm saying this without any underlying snobbery—it's just that I find nothing in his music that evokes emotions for me. It all seems artificial, constructed, and based on a mass hysteria that, while respecting everyone's tastes, I just can't comprehend. Hello everyone, and good night.

Well-written and flowing review, but Courtney Love is not exactly the queen of '90s rock, I'm sorry. Sure, she has created catchy and enjoyable songs, like "Celebrity Skin" or "Malibu," but in the end, she has always offered simple music without too many pretensions or a desire to experiment that ultimately hasn't left a significant mark, at least not at the levels of, I don't know, a Patti Smith. Hi everyone and good night.

The review is well written, a bit too "gossipy," but overall I didn't find it bad. I'm not familiar with the album and I won't rate it, but I do wrinkle my nose a bit at the "best of" on the first CD; maybe it's that I'm not a big fan of such compilations. So much has been said about M.J., he's had a media circus surrounding him since the days of the Jackson 5, so in these cases, the line between truth and lies is very thin (a "Thin Line" to paraphrase Iron Maiden's "Brave New World"); as a pop singer, there's nothing to say against him, his records had all the right elements to be enjoyable and sell well: catchy and danceable melodies, rhythmic tracks alternating with more reflective ones, and the typical lightness of a mainstream album, all seasoned with spectacular tours rich in special effects, in the end, a well-packaged product that was (and maybe still is) at the top of its genre. Hello everyone and have a good evening.

Nice review, I’m not sure about the fact that the DM are the pioneers of electronic music, since others in the past, obviously with different results and less easy-listening (I’m referring for example to German electronic music but I think there’s much more), have walked those musical paths. Speaking about the album, I really like it, but I consider “Black Celebration” their masterpiece; I find it more compact in its atmospheres and, although it's not a true concept album, it gives me more of a feeling of being permeated by a unique mood, with those sounds that are both cold and warm at the same time and those melodies that stick right in your head. Anyway, I’ll repeat that the review is nice, ciao and have a good evening.
