Yes, a little slip comes out of the vinyl and you can download the entire album in Mp3. It also came out with the last one from Dinosaur, but it doesn't work... too bad, but not too much. As for Motorpsycho, I was aware of only one album, a friend even told me about a 10"... I don’t know, I’d like to hear it first. For me, Motorpsycho are no longer a band to buy sight unseen... this has been true for at least ten years.

Be careful Brat/Nes, behave yourself, good boy :) And avoid typos because they'll catch you right away.

Yes, "Lost Coastlines" is particularly beautiful and the video is great too. The album is good, it's just that the slow tracks have never convinced me... but, hey, it's a good album... that goes without saying.

ā€œthe fact of ignoring how things went is historical revisionismā€ This is not historical revisionism. Historical revisionism is saying ā€œStalin was a good personā€ and other similar nonsense. You’ve made a racket out of nothing; I understand that staying at home in August is tough, for some it’s August all year round, but there’s not even a shadow of revisionism here. This isn’t about politics (ā€œThis derecension contains no obvious political references but only explicit ideals.ā€), it’s about ideals... then how ideals can be revisionist is yet to be discovered.

But in my opinion, just the fact that the reviewer put "USSR" as the author and then ended with "This dereview does not contain obvious political references but only explicit ideals" should make you understand that it’s not serious, that it's like a fairy tale, transforming one’s ideology into something childish like Tetris. And then I don’t understand, if someone goes to a Catholic and says "idiot, what do you think, you burned women just because they were uninhibited?!?," they come off as touched in the head, because faith is faith and it’s not up for discussion. If someone says thank you USSR, they have to endure the sermon (and with this, I’m also telling you how I see Marxism and the unorthodoxy of everything that has followed). Things should be taken for what they are, this is a somewhat surreal review that deals with a topic like Offlaga would… not a political essay. If it had been a political essay, 90% of the time no one would read it. Not to play devil's advocate, but just because I had five minutes. In short, it's fine if it makes you shit, that’s understandable, but from that to being outraged, there’s a gap.

Geb, this thing about Mucchio was told to me by a friend and I seem to remember they gave it a 0 or something like that. I don't read magazines and I avoid places like Ondarock because those are people who listen solely for bragging rights, to be able to talk about it later. I prefer those who listen for the pleasure of it. Well, all the people, let’s say acquaintances, and the magazines that I had, even if superficially, some respect for, expressed themselves very favorably, almost enthusiastically. I read Blow Up occasionally at a friend's house when I get the chance, this has been happening for a few months, and they placed it as album of the month (I can't remember which issue though)... with an 8 rating, and I fully agreed with the review. Even SentireAscoltare, which I think is the only site that deals with music decently, gave it an 8 and placed it second in their album of the year ranking. I don’t know, I recommend you listen to it, or rather, feel it :) Let's say that a two-hour album in a world where 50 albums are released every day, almost always useless ones, doesn’t have time to be revisited, let alone to truly feel it, an album of this size. I’ve listened to it from start to finish about 30 times... I've been listening to it since April, and now I got it for 32 euros on triple vinyl. I recommend it, it’s been a while since an album like this came out... and when I first found out it was a two-hour album, since I grew up with hardcore, I had some doubts. Not anymore... and then you like Okkervil who are on the same label... and you can trust Jagjaguwar. In fact, I always have to hold myself back from buying their entire catalog.
Hi Marco, I think you can start with this because it’s a bit of a summary of everything they've done. There's a bit of everything, and knowing your tastes a bit, I'm confident you’ll like it.

And then it seems to me that the reviewer is not so ignorant after all; on the contrary, he has a well-defined conscience that he expresses well... he already answered it in advance: "We, convinced materialists, are for earthly things; we don't care about the Moon, nor do we care about some filthy roaring American gasoline-drinking car, we tireless materialists want to play Tetris and we are tired of shooting zombies." What a beautiful review, I’ll add it to my favorites. What a lovely phrase. The only one among the favorites.

"he didn't see a cent for his brilliant creation because he was just an employee of the Soviet regime, when if he had been born in the West, he would have been a multibillionaire 25 years ago." Well, what a greatness of God... thank you CCCP! And thanks also for the disintegration and for the end of history... otherwise, who would have cleaned the butts of our old folks? Thanks for everything, in short.
