The attitude is there and the guitarist plays in a beautifully personal way (yes, I did some research after the Sfascia review), but they don't tell me much... at Warehouse, if I may make the joke, I've always preferred Zen Arcade.

<< until some random fool (excuse me, reviewer) comes along to tell us it’s there. >> Not for anything, but Ricky, you introduced him to me :) Fede, you could have avoided a bit of a wait by sending me a private message, but instead... stuck in traffic. Take that :)

But they're incredible... even the single Mirror/Theory is beautiful. It seems... well, it seems like nothing, it's just beautiful, period. I would give a kidney to get my hands on the 45s and knowing they'll remain in the limbo of "whooooo????" until some prominent critic champions their cause just pisses me off. All it would take is a write-up by Scaruffi, then Ondarock would follow, since they're the copycats, then Storia della Musica, who are the copy of the copy, and then some idiot would even be on Deb praising milestone albums, stunning records, and all that jazz. Ugh! Oh, super... I read an article: in London there's an exhibition on Altman, the chief photographer of Rolling Stone, who spent his summer of love photographing freaks. There are all the photos, and I think you would like it... there was even a snippet of an interview, obviously old :) They asked him if the happiest day of his life was when he won the lifetime Oscar, and he replied: "No, it was when I was in the studio with the Stones recording Let It Bleed and we smoked a joint together." A legend.

But what the hell do you know about Naples? What do you know about the current gloomy Naples? Keep those thoughts to yourself... as soon as a Neapolitan is seen or Naples is mentioned, everyone becomes a sociologist, philanthropist, and charitable animal... just go fuck yourselves and leave us alone. Leave us in peace from you and your thoughts, keep them to yourselves because we don’t give a damn... talk and think about what you can understand, because Naples, as Curzio Malaparte would say, you cannot understand it and you will never understand it. Naples is alive exactly as it was 10 years ago or as it always has been... a city where people still live – things that cannot be said for all cities. Throw your reasoning in the toilet and stop talking about Pino. It’s a thing of and for Neapolitans and you have nothing to do with it.

I'm not someone who gets offended, but I'm also not one to let others act all high and mighty. Keep your unnecessary nitpicking to yourself.
