"The essential thing in life is to make judgments a priori about everything." good job kosmo, Vian would quote ...or would you quote him? :)

Well done, Bonny... the passage in the book that focuses on Pasolini struck me the most and it's also the best-written part of Gomorra. Be careful: it's much more rhetorical to say that Naples isn't just pizza, mandolin, and camorra than the opposite... A genuine Neapolitan, like mozzarella, would never say that... this is because Naples is also pizza, mandolin, and camorra. Naples is everything and the opposite of everything, and that's why, despite everything, people continue to stay here. Because when you step away, you catch the nuances, you appreciate the buzz, both positive and negative, and the world outside these borders seems like just a black-and-white photocopy... as Saviano says: "you have to get to know things." Bye and well done.

Giusty, are you still wearing the boots? Look, summer has arrived. It's time to switch to summer clothes.

47, I agree on everything... but being an asshole or not has nothing to do with ethics... one thing is personal attitude, another is the attitude regarding what you do. Ethics comes first, then music... also because music without ethics means making traps to catch flies, and flies are not my strong suit. Cheers.

Good job, don’t read it Vian... not everything is for everyone, it would be a waste of time for you... so much so that the phrase about the eel and the pineapple is taken straight from the book. Stick to comics, it’s already a lot for you.

oh Lux, I wasn't referring to you... but to the attitude in general. When Capovilla and Favero played with One Dimensional Man, everyone was kissing their ass (including the senior users of debaser who now couldn't care less) because they were underground, niche... now instead they're the ones causing a fuss... and this is always because you listen poorly. Looking at the numbers, counting the records sold, the Teatro is much more niche than One Dimensional, who sold better, it’s just that they're more media-exposed... because they've done over 110 shows for a single album in a country that has maybe 30 suitable clubs, and in a country of poseurs, they bring in an average of 800 people to see them. And now you go back to kissing their ass... so badly that in twenty years you'll be shouting about the "Masterpiece not understood by its time." re-Night

There's not much to grasp because you don't get it... one song from the album is a remake of Scratch Acid (and no one caught it), the song from the split with Zu is a remake of a King Crimson song (and no one caught that either)... as if this were what legitimizes the pleasure one can find in listening to certain music... nothing, I emphasized this just to point out that you listen to music BADLY, you don’t get it, you talk, you say nonsense... always keeping in mind that tastes are tastes and everything is permissible... but the fact that you listen poorly is evident, otherwise someone would have caught the similarities, right? Instead, no, it’s all bite and run... ten listens here, three there, a moment on Pere Ubu, I have breakfast while listening to Royal Trux, fifteen seconds of Teatro, then I say they suck, that they’re just like Jesus Lizard, I blasted the track and I’m happier, I feel good. I don’t know, it makes me sad. Goodnight.
