Solidarity also to Fili. Poor guy, exiled throughout his youth. But he showed it to everyone: victory in Dancing Under the Stables and a podium at San Scemo. And next year: at the Farm!

Solidarity with Pupo. Try to put yourselves in his shoes. I mean, poor guy, he lost all his money at the Casino, he must try to make it back...

I'm sorry, but "Prot." is not enough context for a translation. Please provide more text or clarify your request.

Good and passionate review. Unfortunately, I don't feel like sharing the contents; this album was a big disappointment for me. I expected much more, considering the nice words from industry critics about this work. I agree with the last comment from federock. But let it be clear that this is just my personal taste.

It might horrify you, but you had asked for incontrovertible data... and I provided you with an analysis of the various reasons that support my claims. I believe that during those years, success was more closely tied to artistic merit, unlike modern times where media pressure influences it too much.

Beyond being my opinion (and that of most), the facts show that Led Zeppelin dominated the seventies across the board, in terms of sales, attendance, earnings, etc. Both in Britain and in the States. So what's so strange about saying they are the greatest band in the history of rock? This has been contested, and I replied to it. We can discuss everything else. In reality, rock, and music in general, is contamination. Do you perhaps think that the Who are an example of innovation? Led Zeppelin certainly drew heavily from the classics of blues, but they created an original and distinctive sound, imitated by countless other bands. Page invented an innovative recording method, which we have already discussed with ligdjs. That sound caused a stir at the time, and critics initially turned up their noses. Only to later change their minds and laud them, as happens with all the greatest. The Zeppelins could afford to release albums without titles, sometimes even without their name on the cover. They could go on tour without any particular stage shows. Their music always spoke for itself, their endless concerts (they played for three hours or more) were all substance. After that, of course, everyone has their own tastes and they can keep them. I reiterate that my first comment was a clear response to ligdjs.

@cereal killer: come on, don’t exaggerate, you can’t say that I ridiculed the Who. I just said what I think, which is that Zeppelin are definitely superior. Always from my point of view, of course. I would have certainly used less harsh words if the person who jumped in had done the same. But as you can see, me and ligdjs clarified things and discussed civilly.
Supertramp Crisis? What Crisis?

An album that I've reevaluated a lot and that has surpassed "Breakfast in America" in my personal rankings. But it still falls behind their masterpiece "Crime of the Century." This is a truly imaginative band.

Instead, I like Russell Crowe as an actor, and in this film, he is not the problem. I agree that the visuals are spectacular and seen on the big screen, they have a great visual impact. But I reiterate that it is a boring film in its progression, and the plot leaves something to be desired.

@jargon & core: I’ve already confessed, I’m way too invested ;D But for me, it’s a 4-star plus praise. The album, after all, contains some wonderful songs ("Moonlight in Samosa", "Like I've Never Been Gone", "Slow Dancer", and "Pledge Pin").
