Just possessing alcohol in Saudi Arabia is a serious crime, so for the even more terrible crime of consuming alcohol, they are sentenced to death. After many months of appeals, with the help of very skilled lawyers, they manage to change the death sentence to life imprisonment. Luckily, on the day of the end of the trial, it happens to be a national holiday in Saudi Arabia, and the Sheikh, being in a good mood, decides they can be released and only punished with 20 lashes each. As they prepare for the punishment, the Sheikh says, "Today is my first wife's birthday, and she has asked me to grant a wish to each of you before you are whipped." The Pisa fan (who had drunk the least) thinks for a moment and says, "Tie a pillow to my back!" So they do, but the pillow lasts only for 10 lashes, and the remaining 10 tear into his back.
