"One can review even those things that are not precisely considered masterpieces" - said this way, it certainly makes sense, but if in my (modest) opinion one of the "functions" of a review is also to guide-recommend a work, then I wonder (with all due respect) to what extent it can make sense to highlight films, CDs, etc. that are not particularly significant in the end.
