So, in the meantime, I did a quick "reconnaissance" on YouTube and another theme I came across, which at this point I'm almost certain is the same one I listened to, is taken from "Hvis lyset tar oss" and is called "Tomhet." I have "serious" suspicions that it's the same one I was referring to, at least I hope so, since I realize that he has composed several more ambient-oriented pieces, especially the flute break at around the 9-minute mark of the piece sounds very familiar to me.

I listened to a track of his that was "superambient," almost new age (on YouTube, the footage had a forest background, something like that), but I can't remember the title, darn it! I do remember that it was evocative and "strangely" much more meditative and introspective (at least compared to his usual standards). Of this, I listened to a few tracks here...
