Beautiful review. Absolutely epic video game. I always chose the doppelgänger of Arnold Conan the Destroyer Governator Schwarzy too. But the strongest of all, dear enbar, was the dwarf. That old bastard dressed as a forest gnome was incredibly powerful. You may not have noticed, but the reach of his axe strikes was such that it could hit not only the opponent directly in front of him, but also, simultaneously, the one behind him. This made him unbeatable, and preferable to the "barbarian" and the hot chick. In my opinion, magic was useless: it was just flashy and made your eyes pop out because it was spectacular. It was memorable when you could capture one of those giant locusts (or, alternatively, the "dragons," usually ridden by sexy and alluring Valkyries) from the enemy at hand. The locust would take out enemies with its "tails," and the dragon would obviously breathe fire from its nostrils. Fantastic.

The last great Final Fantasy before the ultra-cool turnaround of 10. This one might actually be the best of them all. The card game isn’t that bad either.

Stink.

I never loved Salvatores too much. Settings and atmospheres à la Blade Runner, a nice Abatantuono, a good Sergio Rubini, beautiful and hot Stefania Rocca with blue hair, bland Lambert. "Nirvana" is a cult. But not a masterpiece. When it came out in theaters, I rushed to see it because at that time we were all quite fascinated by the seemingly very futuristic multimedia and/or virtual realities. Then DeBaser was born...

He is quite a character. I saw him live a few years ago (two? three?). At that time, he really made a huge impression on me. Then I never delved deeper and never went looking for one of his records. Guiltily. This time I missed out on him. Maybe next time, since I have a feeling he's someone who is always around.

Unforgettable hits. Particularly interesting are the biographical notes that finally explain the curious outfits of our heroes.
