Roger Waters Amused To Death

primiballi you are embarrassing: without what you would call "noises," the aforementioned album wouldn't have sold millions of copies.. ps here, you seem the only one "musically" adolescent.

But who said that Razmataz is Conte's best??? Me?? (another one has arrived..) I was talking about "dark side" or the 70s??? I should mention that Area used electronics and R. Wyatt even treated his voice electronically in the end. But then what the hell does it matter, I repeat: I WAS TALKING ABOUT THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOOOOOOOOONNNNN (I wonder if they understood).

primiballi we're talking about that album don't try to twist things if you don't know the subject... from conte da aguaplano to elegia, including all the various live performances.

Okay, so we confirm: Roger Waters' electronic effects on that album are essential and brilliant. We did it.

As for "dark side," let's try to remove all the electronic effects from that record and then you can let me know (if you have an ear for it…).

primiballi, but you would be the one who claimed that "un gelato al limon" would be the best work of conte?.. come on, go take a rats...

Iron Maiden The Number Of The Beast

It is clear that the engine of Iron Maiden was Clive Burr; when he left, the band's sound was no longer the same. In heavy metal, the drumming is fundamental (unlike perhaps the rest of rock). I liked all the first three albums; this one is my favorite.

I look at some psycho garage groups from the USA, but I don't even favor the more famous names. Just something from the Jeffersons, Love, and Zappa's Mothers. For heaven's sake, I'm not arguing their validity; it's just a matter of taste. I don't know, but the UK psycho sound of the '60s (even though many times producing records on the verge of amateurish) fascinated me. Then, you know, so many groups came out in the USA that there must have been something I haven't listened to and would have liked for sure.

You can add open mind and Rainbow Ffolly first, then Pathway to Your Mind, I Creation, The Art, Piccadilly Lane, Apple, Orange Bicycle, Skip Bifferty, Plastic Penny, John's Children, and the first Idle Race. The first two, Idle Race and Orange seemed valid to me. It goes without saying that we are not at the level of The Piper.. but if you like the genre, they can be listened to too.
