Stoney, let's not mix things up: I said that only the judiciary will be able to decide on the eventual guilt or innocence of politicians and individuals, and only after the various levels of judgment. Making accusations means nothing if not the risk of defamation. Do you understand? I don't think so, @psycho. I agree that those with filed judgments shouldn't be part of politics, but all of politics at 360 degrees, not like Travaglio does at 180.

Appurated about what??? Any person is deemed guilty or innocent only after having undergone the third degree of judgment, not before, but it is known that many journalists spit out sentences without there having been even one, and this applies not only to politicians but to all people indiscriminately. If for you "psycho" is a completely natural thing, okay. I can tell you that I pay for the television license and that’s enough for me; I can't enter the homes of all Italians, even if I think I’m not the only one complaining about it. Sure, I agree on the obscene cultural level of television and the disproportionate earnings it brings to certain characters who are totally lacking in any preparation. I would also hope that Berlusconi would close his networks that peddle garbage, but you know, we should also ask how the many people who work at Mediaset would think about it, and who, by the way, aren’t even on "his" side. Yes, because it's very easy to preach good, but also to practice poorly...

only in the right forums is it possible to ascertain and prove whether or not you are a cuckold; otherwise, it's defamation and it's a crime. But do you know of any journalist who has faced criminal or compensatory proceedings for such a crime, whether editorial or not? Or has it been that this path has continued relentlessly given that certain laws exist but are often "forgotten" or not applied for who knows what mysterious reasons? Secondly, a journalist has the duty to be a JOURNALIST; there is a moral ethic, and they cannot hold an accusatory rally on television, especially at public expense and at the cost of taxpayers. THIRD: I am not a politician and I would still feel deprived of my privacy if I were intercepted without a real reason and without being a criminal. Talk about obsession! Now, however, I’m fed up with these discussions, also because I see in you only two big blinders, so I say goodbye. Bye.

That the TV is biased and journalists are too has never been a novelty, at least since the last decade or so, when “information” has deteriorated, surpassing every limit of civilization and dignity, spreading poison and slandering indiscriminately at their own discretion. A question, dear Stoney: would you perhaps be happy to discover your alleged guilt as a great cuckold from a newspaper, knowing that you are not? I don't think so, and let’s not even talk about the continuous conditioning of public opinion, even with news carefully crafted and inflated to the maximum levels. But where have we ended up?? Being a chronicle means being essential, nothing more and nothing less.

Why didn't Simon Phillips use it in Sin After Sin? I believe this drummer comes off as both in sound and approach too "Americanized," thus clashing with the band's typical British sound. I don't know, maybe it's an attempt to keep up with the times that have now shifted across the ocean.

In a hundred years, people will remember the songbooks of Porter and Gershwin sung by Sinatra and Fitzgerald, the true timeless songs.

In '89 the wall fell, in '92 "tangentopoli" broke out, and in 2009 we hope there will be democracy? Easy guys, it takes time; at least until 2015 we won't be talking about it.
