As far as I'm concerned, Day of the Dead, which you call too wordy, is the most beautiful zombie movie and one of the best horror films ever, with that claustrophobic and distressing atmosphere and those splatter scenes... you have to see it to believe it. The first two can be considered groundbreaking, but haven't they aged a bit too much (not their message, though...) to generate any unease if you're over 10 years old? This one and the subsequent Diary are nice but nothing more... Instead, the last one, Survival of the Dead, is horrific, featuring actors better suited for a porn film given their acting abilities.

I wrote it in another comment and now I'm bringing it up here: I've heard the single on Virgin Radio a number of times, and it seems copied to me (the verse part has the same meter...) from "Empty" by Anathema, which I imagine no one knows in America... listen here:

For me, this album is also a notch below "Amen" and "La malavita". Still, if only we had more Italian albums like this... And then I don't understand this aversion towards them; two years ago I met them in person and they were incredibly friendly and kind, especially Bianconi... I don't get why this legend has emerged that they are full of themselves and act high and mighty... maybe they act that way with the Berlusconians...

Hey nu-metal fans, do you know "Empty" by Anathema? I heard the single from these guys on the radio and it really struck me (in a negative way, of course)... I think they plagiarized that piece by Anathema (which is on the album Alternative 4), but obviously in America they don’t even know who they are... clever kids.
