Soon I have to get back to studying, but in the meantime I'll make a note of this so I can read it at the end of September :)

@madcat: When I say overrated, I certainly don't mean it sucks; however, I find that many who read it tend to elevate it excessively as one of the highest artistic peaks achieved by humanity, when perhaps in the comic world it has set a precedent, but it’s clear that many ideas are borrowed from earlier works. I also enjoy reading it for free whenever I visit a friend who buys it. ;)

@aries: really? In fact, I didn't recognize her either; usually, I didn't think she was that great, but here they seem to have done a good job on her makeup! ;) @rocky: well, I don't know if you know Roxy, but I would start from there first; then, if you like it, you can also explore him as a solo artist. @geo: thanks :D

Anyway, I would say that Sasha Grey deserves a full rating (Y)(Y)(Y)(Y)(Y)

I felt like I had already seen her somewhere, then I read on Wikipedia "ex-porn actress" and I thought to myself, "ah, there it is!" :D

I have to say that I really haven't heard a SINGLE person speak well of it... except that in the past the comic had really captured me; stripped of the initial enthusiasm, I gradually lost interest anyway; also because the stories tend to follow the same pattern a bit and in the end, even in the most successful stories, it usually just recycles (some might say references) abundantly. Nice but overrated (the comic).

But Ondarock (which I occasionally check out and has given me some good tips sometimes) has some pretty strange evaluation criteria; like giving a 6.5 to "Larks' Tongues in Aspic" by King Crimson, or a 6 to "The Real Thing" by FNM, while then giving big 7s or more to every nonsense churned out by yet another indie-rock/indie-pop band.
