Anyway, I’m not a big expert on grind (more or less I'm stuck at Scum by Napalm Death), but if you like these sounds, I highly recommend Torture Garden by Naked City and Guts of a Virgin by Painkiller; both led by the good Zorn. Oh, and if you want to shift more towards sludge-doom, I also suggest Moonchild.

You're quite prolific these days, huh? :) I'm also diving back into brutal shores right now, but I'm fixing on my old listens. Lately it's been Nile all the way and especially "Sadness Will Prevail" by Today Is The Day, almost two and a half hours of total devastation (although I have to admit that most of the time I only listen to one of the two albums :P), a cathartic (or traumatizing, depending) experience.

Great. The part about Pavarotti made me smile :)

cross is a blast for me too, even though I usually don't hang around in electronic music much, a dark version of Daft Punk more or less :) by the way, I only discovered them last summer, the live performance wasn't bad at all!

I would like a collaboration between Patton and Slayer; this cover by Fantômas is already amazing, I would love an entire album like this:
