really very nice, a minor group of the new wave but worthy of listening!

Faith No More Album Of The Year

the lesser of the FNM albums by Patton but still a great record, more "sober" and essential than the previous ones... however, Introduce Yourself with Mosley, although more raw and inferior to the later ones, deserves a listen if you're a fan.

I am very ignorant when it comes to AOR; I know a little better just a bit about Toto and Journey, but it has never really grabbed me. I see it more as a radio genre.

Since you seem to enjoy things that are dancey but also a bit sick/violent, I wanted to ask you: do you know the vampire rodents? Because if not, I recommend giving the first 3 albums a listen, especially Lullaby Land!

Anyway, I had already written you off, it’s been a while since you last checked in! :)
Blondie Parallel Lines

I've heard this is usually considered their best along with the self-titled album... I just limited myself to a compilation, and I must say they are an honest-to-goodness group, balancing between new wave, dance, and pop, although obviously the main point of interest is the sensual and beautiful (who can also hold her own behind the microphone, it must be said) Debbie Harry.

we like to remember her this way: Ingrandisci questa immagine ;)

I have it in the collection that contains this + buried secrets and it's really delightful, a jazz-grind torture for masochists with exquisite taste :D

divine grace, wonderful she and her voice, but I still don't have that :( too bad her solo career has left (apart from this) quite a bit to be desired... *sob*, wasted talent!
