Beck Morning Phase
Voto:
So it’s in the vein of Beck's "serious" "Sea Change"... I don’t know, Beck has disappointed me for a while. Let’s say he has made great albums; I particularly loved "Stereopathetic Soulmanure," "Mellow Gold," "One Foot In The Grave," and "Odelay," but then every album has let me down more and more. I don’t know, maybe I’ll give it a listen, but I don’t expect much from Beck today, in 2014!

It had the same effect on me as a stick of dynamite to the balls...
The Who A Quick One

I love the early Who.
Ride Carnival Of Light

Not a great record. I Ride: "Nowhere" remains for me half a masterpiece and one of the albums I loved the most in the '90s, the EP "Today Forever" is also more than excellent. Then, unfortunately, in my opinion, not much else... yes, the second album was nice, but nothing special...
The Alley Cats Escape From the Planet Earth

great album.
Sebadoh Defend Yourself
Voto:
I didn't listen to it. Should I? I'm someone who considers records like "Sebadoh III" and "Bakesale" the soundtracks of my miserable existence, along with the first three by the Dinosaurs, and I quite enjoyed Beyond. So, I try to give it a listen, even though "Sebadoh," their last one from a well of years ago, disappointed me greatly.

I've never been able to find it. I will try again. And since I loved Quicksand, I think it's right up my alley...
