In my opinion, it is an excellent, masterful, commendable work, absolutely an example to follow. It's a great pity that the case (which is made of paper) got damaged and that the CD has become all dull, but unfortunately things wear out with use, and I've really used this album a lot. Stunning album.

But what the DEVIL are we discussing after 38 comments, and with this one 39??? This is obviously a CRUST that there are better ones at pizzerias, that there are better ones at markets, that there are better ones at my grandma's house, that I painted better in middle school, that any student from any art school paints better. I don’t know how this painting got an average of 2.4.

@sexyajax: okay, I want to listen to this music without preconceptions, erasing these structures (which ones? what do you know?) and freeing myself from the freedom of speech (comment #40). For example, I want to listen again with a clear mind to the track linked in the review and others I found on YouTube: it's three chords, always the same, that if you play around with the keyboard after two minutes come out by themselves. Now I want to know how to get to 4 when the CDs of the Peruvians covering "Piccola Katy" with the pan flute are more beautiful, evocative, and poetic. All of this seems to me a sound mockery not only to the musicians who play instruments but also to the DJs themselves (who are definitely musicians in every respect) who know how to propose interesting music like Tiga, Benny Benassi, Paul Oakenfold, Towa Tei, Cornelius just to name a few famous ones, not to mention people like Daft Punk or Basement Jaxx, but I wouldn't want to be offensive (to them).

The cover is absolutely BRILLIANT, it looks like a cross between "The Rocky Horror Picture Show," "Cappello a cilindro," and King Arthur.

Well-written review, unfortunately the album hasn't been listened to despite the interest sparked by Battiato's interview with Fazio. Ah, anyway on Radio Capital they occasionally play "Inneres Auge."

While zapping, I just caught the ad for "Italia's Got Talent" on Canale 5. For those who don’t know, ā€œAmerica's Got Talentā€ is the American version of ā€œX Factor,ā€ created and adapted by the same creator of the original British show: the difference is that over there they don’t just take singers, but any artistic expression (jugglers, magicians, singers, actors, freak show acts, various performers); apart from that, it’s identical (three judge-captains, the idolization of talent from the very first episode, a final contract, etc.). The question is: what the HELL is a program identical to a competitor’s (identical because it’s the same, just with a different name) doing on Canale 5, and with MARIO DE FILIPPI among the three judges??? Now judge me on that.
