@19Lengths: come on, you’re disappointing me, calling me "just a gay" is such an outdated way to offend, I suggest you try to be a bit more creative. As for the rest: no comment, or rather you can comment on yourself.

@19Lengths: your phrase “Listen to MAlmasteen playing incredibly complicated pieces at a ridiculous speed like Mozart or Beerthoven or Amadeus” (AMADEUS??? XDDDDDDDDDD) I’m going to print it out and hang it on my wall, so that in the morning when I wake up in a bad mood, I can read it, burst out laughing, and start the day on the right foot. But I want to know why I’m being made fun of by someone like you who claims to have “the entire discography of Beethoven, I downloaded it yesterday and listened to almost all of it”: no, come on, I also want to treat you and respond to you seriously, but in the face of this, how should I react? You “downloaded it yesterday”??? X'D Seriously, confess, how old are you? If you’re 14, 16, maybe 18, fine, you’re a kid and therefore excusable, but if you’re older and still spouting such nonsense, it means you’re in bad shape. I’m telling you this because I’ve been listening to and playing Beethoven (without the "r") for almost 20 years, and I guarantee you that he, like all artists in the world, had moments of highs and lows. No one denies that he wrote fundamental pieces in the history of music, but that doesn’t mean he didn’t write weaker pieces as well. Did your beloved metal bands only release masterpieces, or did they also have some albums that were a bit lackluster? These are things that happen, it’s normal; maintaining consistently high quality is difficult even for geniuses. If you look at the list of my reviews, which you linked but maybe didn’t read, there are two on Vivaldi and Bach: they too were genius, and they produced beautiful music as well as less beautiful music. No one is perfect. The question is: WHERE have I criticized Beethoven? I only wrote that “we are at levels that are, all in all, negligible” when compared to his most important works. So? Does that mean he sucks? Of course not! Well, frankly, I don’t even know why I’m responding to you, maybe just out of kindness.

Congratulations on having the courage to give Beethoven 3 stars, but in reality, we are at levels that are overall quite negligible.

Welcome to DeBaser! Congratulations on choosing the first reviewed album! But you didn't vote, and it automatically got a 3, or did you deliberately give it three stars? Because from the way you talk about it, it seems to deserve at least 4. I find this album very beautiful, but not entirely captivating: some tracks are stunning and out of scale compared to commercial pop, while others are decidedly more modest, so a 3 as an average fits well.

@19Lunghezze: sorry, did you put the Tiger Mask as your profile picture (which is not called a cover, but let’s not nitpick)? And now who would be the “complexed MANGA/Anime musclehead”?

@19Lengths: "you only use your tongue to kiss PAoLAFRANCESCA's ass"... erm, but hadn’t we ever written to each other before? And then why would I lick it? Oh well. And thanks for removing me, but I actually think I’ll leave you right where you belong on the list.

@19Lengths: But since when does technical skill automatically correlate with the beauty of a piece? Even admitting that "Come Together" is a simple song to play, does that automatically mean it is ugly and/or poor? Or, to be more general and precise, isn’t there a simplicity combined with quality? Can something not be simple and beautiful, elementary and splendid? Well. No, because in this case, even the most technically complex metal piece is ugly, given that there are hundreds of classical pieces infinitely more complex, like Liszt’s études, Rachmaninoff’s piano concertos, some organ works by Bach, etc. Humbly, I suggest you try to limit absolute categories, as the world is not black and white and there are simple and beautiful things, simple and ugly things, complex and beautiful things, complex and ugly things, and all possible shades in between. P.S.: “but who do you think you are?” And you? P.P.S.: which cover?

@19Lengths: ok, you're a fake. Or a 14-year-old. I mean, because a reasonable person would never speak this way, so there's no chance of a mistake: either it's soup or it's wet bread. And as for PaolaFrancesca, I had an exchange of opinions with her that, as strong and contrasting as it was, was always based on mutual personal respect and never, I say never (at least on my part), based on personal insults. We're on a website, we don't know each other, we express here maybe 1% of our personal world: if you think that's enough to judge, go ahead. Enjoy your day.
