Considering that my favorite artist is Marcel Duchamp, I can afford to start from a point that isn’t "I could have done that too", but rather to at least grasp the conceptual reasons behind a choice. Here, I might use words like ā€œgameā€, ā€œprovocationā€, ā€œreflection on the art market and galleristsā€ if we really want to, but even so, I can’t help but side with the reviewer and remain perplexed, if not polemical, in the face of this frankly minimal idea. It’s not a matter of ā€œI could have thought of that tooā€; it’s simply that it’s not thought out. I’m thinking of the scene at the Biennale in the memorable episode "Le vacanze intelligenti" by Alberto Sordi from the movie "Dove vai in vacanza?".

I only know him by name, but the review is really very enticing and the title and cover have done the rest: I'm looking for it. Thank you so much for the recommendation!

I too slept, like nes. Metaphorically, but I slept. Perhaps it's simply not the film for me, or maybe it's just boring, I don't know. Years go by, and I still confirm that the best things from Oshii are the early ones, unpretentious and brilliant, like the films for "Lamù" and "Patlabor." From "Ghost in the Shell" onward, he took a turn that I find increasingly difficult to describe and digest.

I loved the White Stripes for the exact reasons perfectly expressed by nes. I haven't heard a single note from this album yet, but when I received the newsletter from the record label, I absolutely wanted to buy it in that deluxe vinyl edition... and I believe I will.

A piece of Japanese animation history. Excellent.

I quote EVERYTHING. She is divine, the album inferior (but perhaps the right word would be "different") only to the previous one.

It's still my favorite today, after so many years. Stunning, I believe it's the fighting game I've played the most overall. However, the best OST for a fighting game, in my opinion, is that of "Street Fighter EX2," which was not only well-made or well-defined for the characters: it was simply beautiful, with wonderful music to listen to even outside of its original context.

At the time, I saw it three times in the cinema, paying for the ticket three times. I should watch it again to see if time has devalued it for me or confirmed it as the masterpiece I remember.
