I stand corrected; after several listens, I have to say that this album is stunning, even better than the EP I reviewed.

I don't know, I liked it. Super heavy record.

@ KINGJUDAS: The group has always caught my attention, and I took the opportunity to "get" the CD. Now, Tokio Hotel has nothing to do with metal (I'm telling you this to save you from getting beaten up by some rabid blackster), and CoB has become pretty irrelevant by now. The review isn’t half bad (I got carried away when I read what you said about death doom). If you plan to write about doom bands again, I suggest you go read some reviews by OzzyRotten, Norvheim, Mementomori, and StefanoHab (at least, I ā€œlearnedā€ from them)...

just listened: BEAUTIFUL. The review is splendid as usual, detailed and with an appropriate and sophisticated vocabulary. Perhaps sometimes you get a bit lost...

It's not my habit to give low scores to reviews. This time, however, I will. First of all, the album was already reviewed excellently; second, I disagree with the things you say. First of all, I don't understand who you are referring to with your remarks about bands that dress like homosexuals and write nonsense (at least some examples would be welcome). Second, don't talk about things you don't know; if for you growling in doom is a technique that conveys no emotions, that's your problem (it's a pity that Funeral also sang in growl and that there are several death doom bands superior to those Finns). Third, you speak as if the album were a masterpiece, but then you claim that the songs that inspire you are only 3 (and the others???). Fourth (but this is a subjective criticism), you don't fully illustrate the emotional content and atmospheres of the album (which is essentially based on these two things). The score would be one, but since you at least wrote it in Italian, I'll raise it to two...

Nice review. According to Metal Archives, the guy is Norwegian, not Danish... Anyway, I'll also be giving a rating to the work soon.
