It's an album where I would definitely save the cover, and anyway, it can be defined as a Gilmour solo effort: soulless songs, "Dogs of War" and "New Machine" reflect Gilmour's lack of ideas, drawing from titles and pieces of Waters' "The Final Cut" from ten years earlier. Anyway, it's well played.
