Thank you for the comments, but... since I see that I made some mistakes which are, I repeat, due to distraction and some errors escape everyone's notice, I insist that those in the editorial team CORRECT any imperfections instead of just highlighting them, which is rather useless or at least only useful to a certain extent... excuse me, since they go back through the review highlighting the most important points, why not correct any spelling errors if there are any... I don't see the reason not to do it! It seems contradictory to me! Don't you think?

Too bad, I didn't know them well yet! At that time, I was barely listening to moving pictures and I was falling in love with it! Such a shame, now I’ll have to wait an eternity to see them... But 6 days later, the legendary Dreeeeeeeaaaaaaam were there and I was there! In the stands, enjoying the beautiful songs from Systematic Chaos and other hits from their fabulous repertoire, and screw the detractors!

Rush... maybe another time...!

The album is a masterpiece, I won't say anything more, instead I express myself clearly on the fact of whether to discuss or not the electronic turn of the Rush...

It's true that it's quite strange to hear a band that started with Zeppelin-like hard rock directing their sound towards an unusual synth pop similar to that of other '80s bands... it's a very peculiar shift, there are not many cases like this in history, I think... but beautiful and interesting precisely because it's strange; and then something new that a band does should be judged by asking not what it is, but how it was made... in this case, it's true that Rush have taken a particular turn but they have always been very careful about what they do, leaving nothing to chance... so it doesn't seem right to condemn them for this!

Simply a masterpiece from a band that has only produced hits in its career! Responding to the reviewer who complains about the length... I say it's absolutely normal for prog to have such long pieces... if you can't handle it, stay away from prog! And anyway, if a song is enjoyable to listen to, that does not depend on its length! Thankfully, you corrected yourself by saying that you shouldn't dismiss a song just because of its length!

On my part, I feel that a few minutes are often not enough to tell what one wants with full freedom! The use of suites is mainly due to narrative reasons that cannot be encompassed in just a few minutes.

The only????????? I dream are all great musicians, skilled and talented. I don’t say this just because I’m a die-hard fan, but anyone who has seen them play must objectively admit that they are prominent musicians. It’s just that someone has started having fun targeting them, looking for excessive virtuosity as a reason to criticize them, to the point that they are considered big idiots! This is not fair!

Enough talking about metal... Rush have practically nothing to do with heavy metal! Rush had, rather, hard rock Led Zeppelin influences at the time, not the power and extreme aggressiveness typical of heavy metal... which would be born a few years later. I would like the terms hard rock and heavy metal to not be used interchangeably as is often done... the former inspired the latter, but that doesn't mean they are the same thing...

40 years since its birth? Come on, that was more like hard rock... heavy metal as we know it really emerged in the late '70s and especially in the '80s! Let's not confuse the two genres.

Nick's Spock is better than Neal's...? Let's not exaggerate, there's no comparison... it's like saying Freddie Mercury's Queen and Paul Rogers' Queen. Nick's Spock is certainly very good, but Neal's was Neal's!

To respond to these early commentators... Talking about comparisons with the sacred monsters (whom, by the way, I don't even listen to, it doesn't seem appropriate! We must understand that music should have no age, so it's not fair to consider historical bands better just because they belong to that period... In my opinion, there are many recent bands that can easily surpass those of the past in terms of creativity... Moreover, let's not forget that in those days the instruments and technology certainly didn't have the potential that modern electronic instruments have today, so it's obvious that today's bands have greater possibilities.

Anyway, those in the editorial team could also take care to correct spelling mistakes instead of just inserting bold text, which honestly serves little purpose... when writing, one can always make mistakes, especially since the keys are all close together on a keyboard, and not always when we press them do they type!

But what is this stuff? I was expecting a grand comeback after the two MASTERPIECES when they were a quartet, and instead it's a huge disappointment... No guitar, and the other musicians seem to play with their feet... notes just thrown in haphazardly... What a shame!
