The second one, however, is more enchanting because it's more varied. There are more abilities of Spyro, more different challenges he encounters... But this is a masterpiece all the same!!!

But why shouldn’t it be considered prog? It doesn’t seem to me like a "normal" album; it's an innovative record with very evocative and unique atmospheres. There’s even a kind of sound experimentation, if you will; it’s not something you hear every day! I’m sorry, but this is just YOUR opinion, and moreover, it’s WRONG and not shared by others!!!

No, no, I'm not tired at all, also because there are many different prog bands out there, and sometimes I want to listen to one, sometimes I want to listen to another!!! Prog is such a varied landscape that if you alternate, you won't get bored!

And anyway, prog really seems to me to be the genre where music is made "seriously" by true musicians who study music! Plus, it's the only genre, in my opinion, where you can find works that can be listened to from beginning to end precisely because they are quite varied in sounds and solutions adopted, something that is more difficult in other styles. In other rock and metal genres, I can only listen to a few songs, not an entire album or even a whole discography! I have an mp3 that I listen to on the bus while going to work, where there’s everything but prog... just to listen to something less demanding every now and then!

Great Starblazer, fantastic review (isn't there a 6 as a rating? why does it only go up to 5?) that explained everything about how today's music works! Anyway, all that money earned by artists who do nothing but sing over bare and low-quality arrangements should be taken away from them and given to artists who have worked hard to become TRUE musicians and have a small audience because the international press has never given them the attention they deserve!!! We are in a truly disgusting world from this point of view!

who knows why when we talk about prog-metal, it immediately turns into a discussion about crap, even though it's one of the genres where you really play and put weight into what you do! Evidently, as I've always said, it's trendy to say that prog-metal is crap, a bit like it's fashionable to mock fashion designers by calling them all gay when in reality that's not true...
