I have objectivity, in fact I think this is the best album by SG regardless of what my preferences may be!

Sorry, but I know plenty of lower capacity discs, but I can't review them!!! :)

In the form of a proportion, I would say:

actual fantasy : the human equation = any song by Nek : a work by Verdi

That's it!

The Enchant didn't impress me that much at first listen, but everything changed by the second! A hard prog band with a fairly unique style and some catchy choruses!

But you know, it's a matter of being objective; sometimes I also find more pleasure in listening to one thing over another, but then an impersonal judgment must come into play, and recognize what is actually more inspired and what is less so. To label an album like The Human Equation as inferior is semi-blasphemous!!! (I had swapped the ratings)

Nooooooooo, is this the best? Where are we? Yes, it's an album I listen to with pleasure, but it has nothing, really nothing to do with masterpieces like The Human Equation, Into The Electric Castle, The Final Experiment, and 01011001!!!

You probably haven't listened to them properly; that's where true compositional skills and an impeccable attention to sound are reached. Here, on the other hand, it feels like something was just tossed in there. Once you've really given them a good listen, then you'll see how your mind will change!

If the detractors of the DTs were on television and one of the DTs were in government, they would have everyone thrown out! Too many unjustified criticisms, I would shoot myself just not to hear them anymore!!!

this is a remarkable album, but it’s not the one to start listening to them! this is a turning point album, just like "Believe" was. First, you need to listen to the trio "The World," "The Window Of Life," and "The Masquerade Overture" to understand what the Pendragon really are. The turning point albums of any band should be listened to afterwards in my opinion!

Great band for me the Pendragon, but I slightly prefer IQ because they are more varied in sound... However, in the last two albums, Pendragon have made an important evolution.

Prefacing my widely declared progressive faith... Let's say I don't go crazy for Fates Warning the way I do for other bands, but I enjoy listening to them and recognize their merits. I hardly pay attention to the first 4 albums, too heavily steeped in classic metal, too formulaic, maybe a little more new in No Exit. For me, the most interesting Fates Warning starts with Perfect Symmetry. In that album, the band takes a more personal, less derivative path, with a more melodic and technical metal infused with progressive hints. With Parallels and Inside Out, they adopted an even more melodic approach... but the two masterpieces are A Pleasant Shade Of Grey and Disconnected, which mark the definitive prog turning point... with Kevin Moore's contribution on keyboards, they achieved sounds never reached before!!! It's a shame about the decline shown in FWX, a good album, yes, but with the insertion of sounds that feel too forced and not spontaneous; they were really on the right track, and I hope to hear a new album from them soon, they've been missing for a while!
